Sometimes a front yard just needs a full reset. The beds here had gotten overgrown and tired - weeds moving in, the mulch long past its prime, and the overall look just not doing the home any favors. This is one of those jobs where the process matters just as much as the result.

We started by pulling everything that didn't belong. Hand-pulling weeds, clearing out dead material, and getting the bed down to clean soil before anything else happened. That prep work is what separates a bed that looks good for a few weeks from one that actually holds up. No shortcuts here.

Once the beds were cleared, we laid fresh dark mulch across the entire front - from the walkway side all the way around to the garage bed. The clean bed lines against the trimmed boxwoods and the new Old Gold juniper we added near the garage give the whole front of the home a finished, put-together look. That juniper is a great low-maintenance pick too. It holds its color, stays compact, and gives the bed something to anchor it year-round.

The difference between before and after on a job like this is hard to overstate. Clean mulch, shaped shrubs, and one well-placed plant addition - that's really all it took to pull the whole front yard together. No major renovation, just solid work done right.

This is exactly the kind of lawn care maintenance and bed work we do for homeowners who want their property looking sharp without having to manage it themselves. Whether it's a one-time cleanup or ongoing upkeep, getting the details right is what we're here for.
